Our company’s warranties are comprehensive, and are meant to protect you and your home. They will give you peace of mind and help you rest easy, regardless of whether you’ve had portions of your plumbing, heating, or air conditioning repaired, replaced, or newly installed. Whether you receive service for your residential or commercial space, we have a warranty for you.
All Utah Plumbing, Heating & Air offers a 2-year parts and labor warranty for 99% of our services. There are very few exclusions to this warranty, as it covers repairs, replacements, and installations in all of our areas of expertise. We will always let you know before we perform a service whether a warranty can be applied.
Another comprehensive warranty option we offer is up to 12 years for parts and labor on furnaces, air conditioners, and water heaters. Very rarely will you find a warranty option of this length. This option is a bit more costly than the 2-year warranty, but will offer extended peace of mind for you because you’ll know that your investment in your home is protected for years to come.

This limited warranty covers only the following:
Parts and labor of said equipment/product and parts thereof.
The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser/buyer and is non-transferable. The warranty is valid for residential customers only (commercial customers may be covered under our commercial warranty). The customer must provide proof of warranty (original invoice). All maintenance and service must be performed by All Utah Plumbing, Heating & Air per manufacturer recommendations or as per the written description by All Utah Plumbing, Heating & Air in order for the warranty to apply.
Equipment must not be altered from the original installation.
Repairs will be made using OEM (original equipment manufacturer) or quality aftermarket parts approved by All Utah Plumbing, Heating & Air and at our discretion.
Other exclusions are as follows: This warranty does not cover damage or breaks caused by freezing, acts of nature, natural disasters, abuse, neglect, or alterations. The value of repairs shall not exceed the original purchase price listed on the invoice. The original consumer/buyer is responsible for any future costs incurred due to code changes or manufacturer recalls. Garbage disposals and waste disposals are not warranted against jams, clogs, GFI breaker trips or any of the above listed exclusions.
Warranties do not include theft.
